Documents for filing PVP/PBR application are as follows:
Power of attorney (simply signed, no notarization required)
Declaration
Assigment letter or contract if the applicant purchased or order the breeding to other party. If the breeder works for the applicant, a letter of work assignment is required
Breeding history of the variety
Botanical description of the variety
Pictures of the variety depicting each part of the variety, preferably in comparison with similar variety(ies)
Botanical description of both parents or parent
Botanical description of similar variety(ies) used during testing
Certified copy of DUS Test report(s) (if any)
Certified copy of application and technical questionnaire (if priority is claimed)
